Dad's Macaroni and Cheese

Homemade mac and cheese is simple and yummy -- and tons of fun to eat! INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. uncooked wagon wheel pasta
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chopped canned jalapenos, optional
1. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until the sauce is thickened, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.

3. Add cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in cooked pasta and jalapenos, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
