Amazing Artichoke Dip
14oz. can artichoke hearts - drained & chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
4oz. (1 cup) shredded mozarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
dash garlic salt
2 T. chopped green onion (or parsley - I use chives from the garden when available)
Heat oven to 350. Combine ingrediants and place in casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 20 - 30 min. or until slightly browned & bubbly. Serve hot with crackers, bread, veggies - whatever . Enjoy!!
