CINNAMON ROLLS

2 PKGS YEAST
1 DUNCAN HINES YELLOW CAKE MIX
5 CUPS FLOUR
2 1/2 CUPS WARM WATER
BUTTER, CINNAMON, SUGAR

MIX CAKE MIX, FLOUR, AND YEAST IN WATER.
ADD FLOUR UNTIL NOT STICKY. KNEAD FOR 15 MINS.
LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE.
PUNCH DOWN AND ROLL OUT. SPREAD WITH BUTTER,
CINNAMON AND SUGAR. CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES
AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET. LET RISE AGAIN.
BAKE AT 350 FOR A HALF HOUR.

THESE ARE THE BEST CINNAMON ROLLS I HAVE EVER
HAD.
EASY TO MAKE TOO. PUT ICING ON TOP WHEN DONE
